Commercial Principal Associate

£85,000+ DOE

Birmingham

A Top 50 firm that I have placed with in the last 12 months is looking to add another Principal Associate to their Commercial team.

With a strong reputation both nationwide and internationally, this firm benefits from a strong client base which is focused in the private sector within this team. Running projects across sectors such as food and drink, automotive and advanced manufacturing, your case load would be varied and always interesting. With an agile working policy being confirmed at the moment, there will be opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week if desired. Their Birmingham office is centrally located with good transport links and parking nearby.

As a Commercial Principal Associate, you will be required to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

- Support the leading of the Birmingham team, conducting annual reviews and overseeing the caseload of more junior members.
- Managing a case load of complex and high value projects with proficiency in Terms and Conditions, Supply of Goods and Data Protection being expected
- Support the business development of the Commercial team, including organising networking events and marketing

For the right candidate, the opportunity for Partnership within a couple of years is a very real possibility; so if you are an ambitious and client focused Commercial Property Solicitor with a personable attitude and the desire to develop and grow your career in Birmingham, please send me your CV for consideration.

Candidates with 8+ years of Post Qualified Experience are preferred, but we will take all applicants into consideration.

I am always happy to speak with those looking for legal career opportunities in the West Midlands, and welcome confidential conversations with those legal professionals and assistants looking to explore their options.
