You're and experienced IT Support Engineer with an interest in or experience of providing client facing IT Support services. You will be joining a fast growing organisation who supply outsourced IT services to the education sector......so if you have worked in schools before then great, no probs if not. You will use your technical prowess to provide 2nd and 3rd Line IT Support services with the schools in your remit, working closely with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure the agreed SLA's are adhered to.

The role itself will offer great variety as you will be working with a number of end clients in the education sector, all of whom have different needs.

Salary: to £36k plus great benefits
What you will bring to the role:
- A technical background with experience up to 3rd Line IT Support, with experience of client facing and presales responsibilities.
- A customer centric individual who loves providing the best possible service to clients.
- Technical skills with the following would be great: Windows Server, AD, Microsoft OS, Hyper-V. Office 365, Azure, general server and networking knowledge.
