MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation in Surrey, who are looking to a recruit a Retail Manager, for an initial 3 month contract. This role is likely to extend and move to a permanent position.
This role will work across a number of sites, overseeing the services being delivered from restaurants and commercial outlets (i.e. costa coffee). The aim of this role will be to ensure a unified service across all sites and aiming to increase sales and engagement within the retail areas.
The Trust will be looking to revamp the service, so you must be experienced in redesigning retail services, both from a menu offering and a space point of view.
To be successful, you need to be enthusiastic and energetic as well as being passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience within a food retail environment.
You must be able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous experience of working within Food Retail
- Previous experience of redesigning food services offering and layouts
- Able to work with stakeholders at all levels
- NHS experience would be beneficial
