Our client is in the process of moving many external processes and systems inhouse as they build their own internal capability across a number of areas.
They require an adaptive process business analyst to map out the end to end customer journey's for these systems and processes, particularly around customer service and loans.
You'll be part of a larger transformation piece and be responsible for:
- End to end customer journey mapping (previous experience is important)
- Helping the Business Transformation Lead manage the migration
- Help with the migration of a series of external systems through extensive process mapping
- Organise sessions, stand-ups and run workshops
- Formulation of structured project plans at a regulatory level
This role requires someone dynamic who can adopt and embrace new ways of working quickly while applying a methodical and structured approach to their work. An understanding of Confluence, Jira and Visio or Miro is a bonus, but not mandatory.
This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest growing scale ups as they pioneer a new concept for customer experience within their sector. It is an initial 6 month contract paying £400-£450pd outside IR35
