Frasers Group, USC are currently looking for a Lead Visual Merchandiser to join our team and work with world leading luxury and premium brands. The role will provide support for the continued growth of the business and help ensure that stores maximise turnover, profit and sell through by using set retail space commercially through visual merchandising and space management. This role would suit an experienced, results motivated, commercially minded individual with a strong focus on retail standards and an eye for detail.

This role can be based in London or Shirebrook.

The Role:
  • Support with and act on business strategy from a fascia, brand and product view.
  • Manage key operational planning across fascia and group visual structure
  • Lead the alignment and control of the operational visual space, merchandising structure to sit within the business documentation and forward processes
  • Lead with planning merchandising guidelines based on business strategy, commerciality, profitability and with the customer experience in mind.
  • Set process and support a team to produce weekly and seasonal visual store communication that is aligned to business structure and strategy. Align to marketing strategy with brand/promotional campaigns, planning and communication of window schemes and product
  • Analyse sales and stock information to react to in-season trading patterns and product activity
  • Work alongside buying and merchandising department to develop content and communication that reflects our key business objectives
  • Develop and lead processes alongside the commercial team to assist in space planning and shopfit design
  • Set key visual principles and process to ensure Brand visual standards are upheld and executed through their team and the wider retail structure
  • Design and deliver a visual merchandising training structure for new and existing management at the central
  • Lead the visual merchandising development of retail management and support teams with the field and within the store opening and support programme
  • Develop a visual framework for the business and brands
  • Support the head of commercial retail on new elevation projects
  • Set process and support with general maintenance and department administration duties

  • Good Knowledge of PowerPoint, InDesign, Excel essential, Adobe Design Packages, Database Knowledge desirable
