Enterprise Operations Manager (EMEA)

Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesLeadership
  • Report directly to the Sr. Director of Global Enterprise Operations
  • Lead and supervise a team of 5 Enterprise Feed Managers and Enterprise Support Specialists
  • Accountable for meeting and exceeding operational goals
  • Compile, review and provide insight on client reports from Feed Managers and Support Specialists
  • Perform quality checks on individual work performance, identify training needs, and provide coaching
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, ensuring that production goals are met and facilitating career growth
  • Continuously analyze current process for ways to increase productivity and quality
  • Manage escalations and partner cross-functional to complete root-cause analysis
  • Ensure accurate logging of client time and account information on Feedonomics internal systems
  • Lead daily morning and afternoon video chat team huddles huddles
  • Conduct monthly team one-on-one meetings
  • Provide compiled weekly report to Sr. Director of Enterprise Global Operations
Problem Solving
  • Identify process gaps and recommend solutions
  • Install and troubleshoot Feedonomics platform integrations to import data
  • Troubleshoot data imports that are not functioning correctly, switching data import sources, and ensuring the integrity of data, resolving mismatching product attributes when products are updated, and providing solutions to resolving errors and warnings in various shopping channels
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other teams, ensuring accurate and timely responses
  • Manage multi-client communication
  • Appropriately set and maintain expectations with client and team
  • Prioritize tasks, including managing FeedSupport™ queue, emails, and other responsibilities
  • Adhere to Enterprise procedures and best practices
  • "Keep a Blue Head"
  • Document requirements and processes for new platforms
  • Provide weekly billing report for designated accounts
  • Customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Performs only under general supervision the supervision of Feedonomics Enterprise staff
Data Setup, Optimization and Review
  • Oversight of how to configure and map attributes from a variety of files, including delimited and XML files, custom scripts and API-based platform integrations
  • Ability to assess quality of feed and identify any discrepancies or causes for delay
  • Understand best practices to build product feeds, including optimizing, modifying, sorting and filtering mass quantities of product data into usable product listings
  • Responsible for feed quality assurance compliance
  • Have an understanding of how to troubleshoot imports/exports Google Merchant Center errors
  • Communicate with various paid search channels and affiliate networks to gain clarity on specific feed requests
Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in Operations
  • Demonstrated Leadership skills in roles of increased responsibility
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and improving processes and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build, motivate, and develop strong technical teams
  • Leadership, with the ability to motivate others to meet and exceed job expectations and goals
  • Strong relationship management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, and to manage multiple deadlines
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong interest in technology and data feed optimization
  • Accountability, able to own responsibilities and produce desired outcomes
  • Can work autonomously but still remain in sync with the larger team and client goals
