This leading global recruitment consultancy is looking for a Marketing Manager. The role is based in London and also working remotely and will develop and implement the marketing strategy and activities which will enhance the brand's position in the marketplace and generate leads. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of B2B and B2C marketing and brand management across acquisition, content, engagement, CRM, lead generation and brand guardianship for the leading global legal and compliance recruitment & search provider. Working across a broad marketing mix including digital media, advertising, development and production of thought leadership and digital content, social media, events (virtual and in-person), email marketing and managing websites, analytics and SEO. Working with internal stakeholders, the Marketing Manager will also support the Global Marketing Director in the delivery of key global marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify business goals and develop marketing plans and set & manage marketing budgets
  • Overall responsibility for delivery of activities in plan and against budget Ensuring you have a high level of visibility among the sales teams and are regularly meeting with and presenting to key internal stakeholders to plan and deliver marketing activities
  • B2B and B2C marketing activities to generate applications, leads and conversions for the sales teams
  • Identify target press and media; write and distribute press releases
  • Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and further develop best in class strategy to enhance these channels for lead generation
  • Management of the corporate websites, in conjunction with Digital Marketing Manager
  • Using Google Analytics to develop SEO plans and Google AdWords campaigns, in conjunction with Digital Marketing Manager
  • Develop and deliver an effective content strategy, aligned to the brand strategy which will position the brands as the leading voice in the search and recruitment sector
  • Managing the ideation, development and content production of thought-leadership, research reports, and all publications in conjunction with both internal and external stakeholders. This includes market reports, salary surveys, company brochures and candidate information
  • Development and implementation of a marketing automation campaigns including B2C and B2B communications
  • Working with the Marketing Director and Senior Graphic Designer to develop new branding and design look and feel across key business areas

Candidate background

  • Recruitment marketing experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience in managing and building working relationships with external suppliers
  • A passion and significant experience of creating audience-centred content for digital channels e.g. website, social media, email
  • An excellent understanding and significant experience of digital and social media
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience
  • The ability to work under pressure to deadlines and multi-task
  • A creative thinker able to devise solutions themselves
  • Analytical, data-driven and commercially astute
  • Proactive, drives marketing strategy, campaigns and performance
  • A can-do and team focussed attitude
