Working for one of the fastest growing cloud solutions providers in Europe, due to rapid expansion, we need dynamic, talented, driven Account Managers to be responsible for developing long term relationships.

Account Manager responsibilities:
  • Develop long term relationships to ensure contract renewal
  • Maintain high satisfaction levels by acting as a liaison between clients and internal operations
  • Champion maximum adoption of company solutions by identifying/driving product expansion opportunities
  • The ability to draft succinct and well written client documentation, usage/performance reports
  • Identify/deliver product expansion/upsell opportunities
  • Provide input into the Account Manager methodology and direction
  • Attend/schedule client visits and service review presentations

Account Manager requirements:
  • Degree or relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated enterprise B2B client facing experience in an Account Management role
  • Outstanding client relationship building skills
  • IT/services background, ideally cloud
  • Drive, ambition, gravitas, well spoken
  • Cross sell and upsell
  • Ability to travel to client sites and vendors
