Pay Per Lead provides a B2B marketing service that is distributed as a product to businesses in the UK. The services are supplied through an online cloud-based dashboard. https://www.pay-per-lead.co.uk

We are recruiting and require trainee campaign managers to help manage and track the ongoing success of our client accounts. We will be training suitable candidates to become masters in outbound marketing. Existing knowledge of digital marketing is NOT essential & full training will be provided. We are looking for bright creative thinking individuals. You will need to have very high English skills and a natural talent for copywriting.

My name is Adam Ward-Best and I am the MD at Emedia Solutions. We are a successful well established Digital Marketing company and are embarking on a very exciting period of super-fast growth. I will be your team leader.

For this role, we want quality communicators with fantastic literacy skills.

Application Guidelines & Requirements

The following guidelines & requirements apply to this application:

1. You will need to have the English language A level at a minimum 'B' grade.

2. You will need to demonstrate great communication skills and be able to maintain control of telephone calls & conversations.

3. You will need to demonstrate high quality written composition. (Copywriting)

3. You will need to be able to travel to Regent House in Stockport and arrive no later than 8.45 am Monday to Friday.

The Role

The role, and its mechanics.

Emedia are embarking on a period of rapid growth and are now needing to recruit trainee account managers. You will be talking with clients over the phone, logging feedback and making quality decisions on the next steps. We have a cloud-based marketing system that will provide you with all the tools you will need to provide the clients' outcomes. This system will help you manage all your day to day tasks and keep you informed on KPI's and provide all the data you need to make quality decisions that will affect outcomes. (N.B. Full and comprehensive ongoing training will be provided.)

Audience selection and content writing will form a large part of your workload as well as data analysis of daily KPI's.

You will learn the mechanics of outbound digital marketing

These positions provide an amazing opportunity to learn real sought after industry skills. The infrastructure provided will help you manage accounts at scale and to expedite campaigns and results quickly. This knowledge is the very essence of outbound digital marketing. There will be a massive opportunity for promotion and to move up within a fast-moving fast-growing business.
