Our client a wealth management firm is seeking a Pensions Technical Adviser to be based at the Edinburgh branch.
You will play a key role in providing a peerless pensions technical query resolution service to the clients via phone, email and Livechat. Adhering to agreed standards, through consultative questioning and identifying solutions to more complex technical needs and if appropriate refer to a more experienced technician.
* Accurately resolve technical queries received via Live Chat, phone, email, and any other digital medium.
* Ensures that personal coaching and mentoring needs are proactively raised and resolved with line manager.
* Achieve the quality assurance targets set within the requirements of the QA framework in place.
* Display and evidence adherence to the competency framework and the colleague and customer service charters.
You will have:
* Experience of working across a variety of media including Live Chat, email and telephone
* Qualified to Level 4 Diploma
Salary: 30,000 + Benefits
