Pay and Pensions Executive based in Glasgow Hays

Your new company
A highly reputable and well known organisation are seeking a Pay & Pensions Executive in Glasgow to join on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. The role will be initially working from the office, socially distanced, during the induction/training period. You will then have the choice whether to work from home or from the office. The organisation are serviced well by local transport.

Your new role
Reporting into the Head of Pay and Pensions, you will be part of a small Payroll team. You will focus on running reports, updating systems, assisting the Head of Pay and Pensions with projects, taking minutes, diary management and general associated tasks assigned to you by the Head of Pay and Pensions .

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven successful experience of the above duties and previous experience within payroll. You will be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as you will communicate with clients on a daily basis.
