BA PM Project Manager
Your New Role
A large brand in the Surrey region are currently looking to hire a Business Analyst/ Project Manager on a permanent basis. The organisation is technically ambitious and have an abundance of projects spanning across all departments that impacts all areas of this global business.
Innovation is at the heart of what they do, your role will be the central cog to the business's ability to evolve and improve the company. Your role as Business Analyst/ Project Manager will be pursuing opportunities for improvement whilst enabling the business and the technical teams to deliver new capabilities.
You will be joining a team that works to improve knowledge - both their own and the users'.
As the BA/ PM, you will be managing the portfolio of changes. You will be at the front of project management and leader of systems, data, process, and procedure projects by using the appropriate project management techniques.
Specifically take ownership and lead from inception to aftercare ensuring the workload for the Project team is a priority. Ensuring feedback is effective to the stakeholders and sponsors whilst working with senior stakeholders to define long term capability roadmaps.
Experience with SAP, or dynamics would be advantageous.
Experience in data reporting and analysis experience in building reports in PowerBI to connect complex data. You will be working in a fast-pace, high profile company so we are looking for some who has working in a demanding/ enterprise/ global business.
Project management experience is essential, and you will have contributed to large organisational change projects of a similar nature.
As the BA/ PM, you will be comfortable leading an activity and being part of a team, so you must be an excellent communicator at all levels across the business, able to engage with technical and non-technical teams and work closely with stakeholders.
A natural desire to learn how systems work and grow knowledge in this sector is needed.
