An excellent opportunity has arisen with a market leading Saas for a dynamic and client facing Technical Services Engineer.

Role and responsibilities
  • Working closely with Project Delivery and Sales teams to create and configure applications for new and existing clients
  • Creating and updating creating technical documents
  • Taking ownership of escalated support issues - including complex queries and potential bug analysis
  • Supporting Sales and Project Delivery teams - for example on client demos, authoring SoW technical contents, advising on RFI/RFP responses
  • Supporting client IT teams to prepare for their own processes such as CAB approval and integration documentation
  • Estimating and planning technical tasks - for example setting up an Exchange integration or investigating a bug raised by a live client
  • Capturing initial requirements for client bespoke development and working with BA team to refine
  • Working with integration partners to support joint clients and to improve joint deployment process

  • Jira & Confluence
  • MDM (mobile device management) / InTune (a Microsoft MDM application)
  • IDM (ADSF, AAD, Okta, OneLogin, Ping (One / ID / Federate), OAuth / OAuth2 / OIDC, ForgeRock
  • Project management

  • £30-35k basic salary
  • Remote with occasional client visits
