About Us:

We are looking for a highly motivated Graduate to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive as we launch our second e-commerce site.

The Digital Marketing role will cover all aspects from Social Media, Email Campaigns, Copy and PPC.

Our offices, showroom and factory are based in Boston, Lincolnshire. The best scenario for the business and the successful candidate would be to be based in the office in Boston some of the time. However, to get the best possible candidate we would consider home working once some initial product training and team building has taken place, ideally over a month.

The window covering industry is an exciting industry to work in. Motorisation and Home Automation is becoming more popular and the window fashion is constantly changing in terms of new products and new trends with colour and fabrics.

Most of our component and fabric manufacturers are UK based and you will have the chance to visit them and see first-hand how the blinds we manufacture and sell start out in their raw form.

Main responsibilities:

To create engaging content for the new site's social channels

Write product descriptions.

Write category and subcategory descriptions

To write engaging blogs, articles and emails

About you:

We are looking for a highly motivated graduate with a passion for writing and an interest in Marketing

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, English or similar.

Alongside this, the ideal candidate will be able to write creative copy that is aimed at the end user, whilst applying SEO principles.

Experience or an interest in Influencer marketing is desirable but not essential.

Strong written and verbal communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Have a keen eye for detail, with strong proof reading skills and faultless spelling and grammar.

Have strong organisational and time management skills

Be enthusiastic and proactive, always looking for ways to sharpen or expand your skill set

Be creative and confident with your ideas!

Calm, positive and helpful under pressure

Experience using the Adobe Suite would be advantageous

An understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice

Salary £21,000 -£26,000 dependant on experience.
