Our client is an innovative player within the Aesthetics fields. In order to spearhead the company growth and meet strategic commercialisation objectives across the UK region, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting an experienced Head of Marketing.

The essential role of this position would be to identify trends and segments within the marketplace to create a highly impactful annual plan to provide advantages over the competition.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Participate in the development of an innovation roadmap, interfacing effectively across multiple departments
  • Act on competitive market analysis and trend recognition to continually modernise and improve strategy
  • Ensure the alignment of company brand visualisation and creative standards across the business
  • Champion the strategic shift towards digitally-centric marketing initiatives
  • Lead the global marketing organisation, mentor, coach and encourage future departmental leaders and lead Medical Education in the creation of treatment protocol assets
  • Streamline and oversee the implementation of product promotional strategy in alignment with overall brand strategy
  • Take active participation in the drafting and execution of various marketing plans, campaigns and promotional initiatives that support sales and business development efforts across the region, including digital marketing projects and relevant industry events


Required qualifications and experience:
  • Relevant ethical marketing experience, ideally within Dermatology, Luxury goods or medical devices
  • ABPI qualified with deep knowledge and understanding of the UK pharmaceutical market
  • Demonstrated track record of writing strategic plans and successfully tactical implementation
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, MBA is desirable
  • Excellent management skills including training and performance management
  • Financially numerate/analytical and display managerial and leadership abilities
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and exploit them to the benefit of the company
