As part of Newsquest Media Group, the UK's leading local publisher, LOCALiQ has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic B2B Content Marketing Executive to join our evolving and growing team. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in B2B Digital Marketing, continuing their development in copywriting and in implementing effective marketing campaigns.
As a core member of the marketing team, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager & Head of Content Marketing to execute effective marketing strategies. From supporting the campaign development to analysing its effectiveness, you will have a great opportunity to produce engaging customer-focused content through digital/print literature, sales enablement tools, social media, and email formats.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in building and engaging with LOCALiQ's customer base and implementing effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our business. Key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Produce engaging, valuable, customer-focused content and copy for marketing campaigns, sales support material, print material and digital platforms
Analyse data to determine campaign efficiency and suggest appropriate actions based on findings
Identify opportunities in the market to develop relevant content and campaigns, to include research in both keyword analysis and industry-specific verticals
Ensure that the brand values of the LOCALiQ business are upheld in all content and material produced
Work closely with the sales teams on campaign development and implementation and ensure a 360-degree feedback loop is maintained
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Work with other departments to effectively proof and edit content
Support marketing campaigns and activity
Our Ideal candidate will have:
Basic SEO understanding, content categorisation and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement.
Ideally a minimum of two years' experience in one or more of the following categories:
Copywriting experience across multiple platforms
Experience of working in a marketing role
Experience in coordinating large scale projects and campaigns
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confidence to present to all levels of a business
Strong verbal and written English language skills
Experience of working in a B2B environment
Knowledge of HubSpot suite (desirable)
Previous use of WordPress CMS (desirable)
Our ideal candidate will be well organised, have strong copywriting skills with a basic understanding of SEO best practices, will be flexible in their approach to problem-solving and have knowledge of and experience of implementing marketing campaigns.
