Job Details

Responsibities
  • Provide risk guidance, oversight, challenge and assurance services to enterprise and divisional partners based on the operational and strategic risk framework.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the enterprise and operational risk methodology policy (s) through data gathering, risk review and benchmarking analysis. Support development and testing of GRC components to enhance risk methodology development for Europe, as appropriate.
  • Develop and cultivate strong and lasting relationships with enterprise and divisional clients to understand their ongoing risk needs and to support identification of solutions. Build credibility as a thought partner.
  • Assist with compiling risk exposure metrics and risk data for enterprise and cross-divisional risk forums, as needed.
  • Advise on enterprise and divisional projects, as needed, providing risk expertise, highlighting issues and encouraging the use of established risk frameworks to mitigate and identify risks.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of risk methodologies, standards and practices.
  • Proactively identify, investigate and recommend improvements to allow for improved risk identification and oversight.
  • Collaborate with Global Risk & Security teams to inform and raise risk issues and events and to stay current with the enterprise risk management frameworks.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree required. Graduate degree and/or Professional Certification (CPA, CIA, CISI, MBA) preferred
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience (related experience preferred)
  • Funds background desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated ability in risk management risk analysis, issues and events.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external and internal clients
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to contribute in a dynamic, fast-paced team atmosphere
  • Readily learns new complex concepts and has the ability to incorporate them into analysis and decision making process
