Reporting to the Dassault Systemes Program Director you will be responsible for ensuring optimum staffing of the programme, in the medium and long term. Perform regular resource capacity planning for the programme and source resources internally, or from partners. You will manage dependencies, split of responsibilities across a multi-organisational programme as well as manage escalations, risks and issues, and compile programme performance reporting.
Optimise the use of the resources assigned to the programme working with Dassault Systemes internal stakeholders and also partners
Prepare/update business forecasts
Coordinate with all stakeholders towards the resolution of issues and fulfilment of Enhancement Requests sent to our R&D team
Provide support for Pre-Sales; assessing and planning for project needs including staffing and risk management
Lead and/or contribute to the definition of the Statements of Work (SOWs)
Lead in the definition of plans and scope of work, identifying and validating all assumptions and dependencies
RACI definition across the programme work breakdown structure.
Foster strong team sprit among programme team members and trust based relationship with the end customer
Ensure cross scrum collaboration
Drive project activities and resources to guarantee the committed quality, margin and schedule
Monitor progress of tasks and activities in relation to the defined scope, manage escalation if needed
Manage and report on the programme budget and margin including monitoring purchases and expenses
Prepare and communicate DS Internal as well as customer focused programme status reporting
Anticipate, communicate and mitigate projects risks and issues within a shared governance structure

Key success factors
You will need a minimum of five years' experience in a Project or Programme Management role implementing information systems (PLM, ERP, MES) at enterprise level.
Experience of aligning project work with Agile principles such as SAFe , LeSS or other Agile deployment methodologies
We expect you to demonstrate strong communication skills including the ability to convey information at correct level of detail for different audiences: customer executives, business stakeholders, IT stakeholders, and end users
Project management certifications: PMP, PRINCE 2 or similar, as well as the ability to demonstrate consistent and rigorous adherence to the same in projects that you have delivered.
It is useful if you can reference experience of resource management in a software deployment environment
