Your Responsibilities

Leading teams that oversee all of infrastructure management - data warehousing, production systems, business applications, databases, and cloud systems;
Accountable for the health of production environments through operational leadership of internal, and externa; technology platform teams;
Building strong partnerships with external providers, SAAS Vendors and service provers, ensuring seamless operational execution;
Leading technology teams in executing the strategy of datacenter consolidation and cloud migration;
Leading collaboration with product teams during conceptual design to ensure what is built is operationally feasible within cloud infrastructure;
Leading technical operations teams and track multiple system reliability and operational health metrics;
Continuously improving technical operations processes and monitoring platforms;
Executing support strategy for our global office locations and user communities.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Experience in Infrastructure, cloud architecture and/or technical operations, combined with experience in leadership roles;
Experience with best of breed cloud infrastructure solutions, including proven experience with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP cloud services;
Experience with on-premise infrastructure technology including VMware ESXi, Cisco, etc.
Comprehensive understanding of overall system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance engineering;
Knowledge of technical, operational and cultural structures required to scale teams in a high-growth environment;
Experience leading complex support organizations highly desired.
