Key duties include:
Responsible for the running of accounts across all aspects (including financial processes and profitability)
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the clients business and actively seek opportunities to grow your account
Responsible for overseeing and guiding the brand strategy and tactics, and communicate to your teams, so everyone is aligned
Approach your accounts from a holistic marketing perspective and understand how digital strategies and engagements can transform a brand; you will look at promotion across all media channels, understanding medical communications and its role in the marketing mix to develop outcomes that meet client objectives
Work closely with internal teams (creative, planning, digital strategy, media etc.) to ensure that you are recommending the best and most innovative solutions to client needs
Proactively manage relationships with clients and always be on the lookout for opportunities to strengthen or build new relationships within your teams
Ability to easily flex your style to adapt to various client corporate cultures
