Following the recent transformation of our Sales & Marketing department, LV=GI is currently seeking an Audience and Selections Executive to join our Bournemouth Team.
Your role will be focused on the build and delivery of the audiences utilised in the marketing campaigns across acquisition, cross selling and retention of our existing customers and In life communications. You'll work closely with the wider marketing teams to own the delivery and audit of the campaigns prior to sending Multi channel communications. You'll be managing the rules of engagement contacts and working with peers across marketing to ensure a culture of continuous improvement across all marketing activity.About you
So, who are we looking for?
You'll have previous data and analytics experience and good understanding of delivering an integrated customer communication strategy. You'll act as our internal expert in turning complex information into engaging, plain English communications and liaising with our internal stakeholders.
When it comes to the technical skills, you'll have a solid understanding of modelling and CRM systems. Knowledge of the salesforce platform would be ideal but not essential. Ideally, you'll have a degree in Mathematics and come from the insurance or financial services industry, though it's not essential.

We're seeking a true self - starter who'll take ownership and the initiative for highlighting opportunities to improve marketing ROI and pursue those opportunities through experimentation to implementation, measuring the impact and outcome. At LV= we put the Customer at the heart of everything that we do and an essential part of this role will be generating analysis and insight into customer journeys, behaviours and performance of campaigns using creative problem-solving skills and advanced techniques, linking all touch points in an Omni-channel customer lifecycle.
You'll develop reports and MI and create insight and recommendations. You'll become our true SME and with a great deal of autonomy, you'll be responsible for the delivery of data for marketing campaigns making sure we follow the appropriate governance procedures.
You'll also assist in working with other areas of the business to help support development of statistical modelling, clustering and segmentation for more sophisticated analysis and optimisation of our online customer journeys.Why work for us?
