Link3 are recruiting for a talented and creative EYFS Teaching Assistant required to start ASAP in a school in the NG7 area.

The role requires that you support the children and take pride in providing the highest quality of care. You will be responsible for making sure that safety and welfare is promoted throughout practices. Within the unit, you will assume the role of key person for a group of children and, through effective observations, assessment and planning, you will be required to support and monitor the rapid progress of the children towards the Early Learning Goals. You may be required to deliver lessons to small groups or work 1:1 with children with SEN (ADHD ASD, attachment issues, SEMH).

A good sense of humour, the ability to relate and communicate well with young people are essential.

As a minimum, all applicants must have; Minimum Level 3 or above in childcare/teaching and learning or have had previous experience of working as an Early Years Practitioner. Applicants must have a positive approach to managing behaviour and be passionate about your subject which is evident in your practice. Applicants will be subject to pre-employment checks and should hold current DBS check registered to the update service.
