This is a fantastic 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with an rapidly growing scientific organisation, who are going through an exciting period of growth.
I am looking to speak to candidates with a minimum of 2 years experience in a HR working environment. You will be part of a collaborative team based in Cambridge but are currently working from home. You will receive full support and training and this would be the perfect opportunity to enhance your HR skillset in a Global HR setting.
As part of this role you will be responsible for
Managing the UK recruitment process to ensure that your inbox is consistently managed, applications are logged and processed, arrange telephone and virtual interviews, gain the feedback from the hiring managers. You will also be responsible for organising inductions and ensuring all reference and paperwork is completed and in place for the new employees first day. Maintain and update personnel records including sickness and holiday pay for UK employees, providing reports to the HR Team.
Hours are 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, initially home based, with the expectation of returning to 50/50 home and office working.
