REED are exclusively working with a growing organisation at a very exciting time, recruiting for the position of Onsite Account Coordinator within Norwich.

You will be based at their client's premises, providing full inhouse representation and support to the client regarding contractor recruitment coordination, acting as local point of contact and maintaining a strong relationship with both the client, and the contractors on site. You'll manage and coordinate all contractor recruitment, onboarding, organisation and deal with issues, liaising with head office and resourcing team to ensure the client receives the highest standards of service.


Acting as the local point of contact for the company's relationship with the client

Acting as the main point of contact for contractors

Provide the client with insight on contractor availability

Establish a weekly touch point call with your Divisional Director

Develop a strong trusted relationship with the client to ensure they remain in partnership with your business and do not turn to competitors for support

Develop trusted relationships with the contractors to ensure they also do not turn to competitors

Work with associated recruitment team and Director for deployment of contractors between clients

Coordinate contractor pick-ups, accommodation and hire cars.

Acting as the local point of contact and maximising full potential of the company relationships, maintaining awareness of the client's services and functions that can support their operation.

Monitor houses conducted at the facility and advise the Divisional Director where requests ae being made and hours are not optimised

Forecasting possible supply problems and overcome with solutions

Liaise with the Director to manage new starters into the facility, arranging inductions and conducting these where required, organising contractor security and identification passes where relevant.

Provide a presence throughout the client site

Manage the attendance of all contract personnel in conjunction with the client.

Permanent full-time, working 37.5 hours per week.


Recruitment background / recruitment account management.

Strong relationship building and relationship management skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Confident, hardworking and results driven.

Commercial awareness and understanding of wider business goals

Forward thinking, great use of initiative and ability to problem solve.

Experience reporting/analysing information.

Driving licence.
