Service Desk Analyst / 1/2nd Line Support (out of hours)

Are you a Service Desk Analyst who has worked in out of hours support and on weekends?

Our client is a top law firm based in the heart of central London and they are looking for an out of hours 1/2nd line analyst who ideally has worked within the legal sector.

Would you like to have 3 days off per week?

This role will be working a shift pattern of Friday 9.30am-5.30pm, Saturday 8am-8pm, Sunday 8am-8pm & Monday 9.30am-5.30pm. This means you will have 3 days off every week.

Essential technical requirements:
  • In-Depth Knowledge of Office 2016/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Legal specific applications - iManage, Filesite DMS etc
  • Windows 10
  • Microsoft Active Directory administration.
  • Knowledge of building PC's and troubleshooting support issues.

Salary: £40k - £50k depending on experience.
