A global investment bank based at Canary Wharf seek a number of Assistants to join them as Float Assistants within their Fixed Income Division. This is a fast paced, dynamic and collaborative department who take great pride in their work and are looking for confident, highly organised individuals looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity within one of the most reputable banks in the world!
These roles are 22 month temporary positions that allow you to gain invaluable experience and open up many other opportunities within the financial services industry. As these are temp roles, you'll be paid for every hour you work plus any over time that you work, resulting in a generous income.
In this role you'll have to be flexible on working hours due to the businesses demands, and your attention to detail will need to be impeccable. You'll have an excellent understanding of urgency and be able to prioritise a heavy workload. It's essential you've experience managing extensive and complicated travel booking and have worked in a role supporting multiple people at once.
Duties within this role include:
• Extensive Diary management
• Extensive Travel arrangement (global)
• Visa Arrangement
• Room Bookings
• Transportation - booking cabs, hotel bookings, providing currency etc.
• Phone Coverage
• Arranging Conference Calls
• Expense Management
• Invoice Management
• Databases/Spreadsheets management
• Presentation preparation
• Documentation preparation
