Scheduler job based in Hatfield, £11.15 per hour (PAYE), for a global leader in the IT industry

Your new company
You will be joining a company at the forefront of the IT industry with their Head Office in Hatfield as a Scheduler, earning £11.15 per hour. Your new role
Working remote to start and then from the head office, you will be scheduling fixes, from start to end for £11.15 per hour. This multi-faceted role allows you to work with internal and external customers, all from the office. You will be working with config engineers and technical partners, scheduling their days and contacting end users to schedule it on their end as well, while also handling incoming calls. You will be managing incidents and requests, resolving issues, ordering parts and tracking all hardware received.

What you'll need to succeed
Communication is key in this role as you will be speaking to multiple stakeholders and accurately inputting that information to databases. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience in IT systems. You will be an organised self-starter who can effectively resolve problems, offering excellent levels of service and support to all customers.
