CNC Miller with experience of conventional machines required
Your new company
A thriving company in Runcorn that provides a unique opportunity to work with CNC assisted machines. This company is ran with the belief that you're only as good as the work you produce, and they live up to that impressive statement and then some. With the company now looking to take on an extra two Machinists due to a successful period, this is an opportunity to work at a company that sets targets to better their staff, but also supports them to succeed, too.
Your new role
The role consists of working in the manufacturing section of the company. You will be responsible for work on the CNC Milling machine. This machine is not fully automated though, and so requires someone with a bit of nous and conventional machine ability, to make sure results are of the required standard.
What you'll need to succeed
As stated, conventional milling and/or lathe work would be desirable. But ideally, the perfect candidate is a time-served engineering apprentice who knows their way around an Engineering workshop and is a dab hand with tools as well as CNC machines.
As with any manufacturing role, a willingness to get stuck in and work hard is essential, as is being conversant with XYZ Milling machines and ProTRAK controls.
What you'll get in return
You'll get the support and backing of a highly experienced company with a staff and management who care about the work they do and the people they work with. You will get the chance to grow within an established company that manufacture for high-profile clients as well as develop your skills in CNC and conventional machine work.
