An exciting opportunity has arisen with NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde for a motivated individual with appropriate leadership and management experience and skills. The Clyde Sector Medical Staff Rota Manager post is a varied and rewarding role which will lead and support the rota coordinators and monitoring officers to manage the complex and multifaceted junior doctor rotas on the 3 sites of Royal Alexandra Hospital, Inverclyde Hospital and Vale of Leven Hospital.

Under the direction of the Clinical Services Manager you will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of processes and systems to ensure junior doctors' rotas are compliant and that their wellbeing is maintained. You will be responsible for reviewing resources and systems across Acute Services to facilitate a standardised approach and application of best practice which meet the demands of the services and medical training requirements.

The post holder is expected to be innovative and dynamic with their approach to this role, offering a strategic support to the senior management teams.
