We require a Support Medical Secretary to join our team, providing administrative and secretarial support to specialties within the Emergency Care Directorate.
You should have proven secretarial and administrative experience and possess excellent organisational and problem solving skills. You should be a competent audio typist with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of NHS waiting times is desirable; knowledge of medical terminology would be an advantage.
You are required to be flexible and motivated, with the ability to work on your own but also to integrate with the wider team. A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is also required.
