An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced community mental health support worker to work within our Community Mental Health Service within the beautiful rural location of Argyll and Bute.
You should be able to work in a creative and compassionate way, under guidance from the team to provide high quality support to people who have mental health conditions. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of mental health issues. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be motivated and will exhibit enthusiasm and passion in working within this field to deliver a responsive and compassionate person centred, high quality service. Multi-disciplinary working and communication is essential to this post and the post holder will be required to build excellent working relationships.
The successful candidate will exhibit enthusiasm regarding multi-disciplinary working, and feel confident in working as an integral member of the extended care team to ensure safe and effective care to enhance the patients and carers experience of care.
