£50,470 - £54,482

This post is fixed term for 24 months

0.5 WTE, 18.75 hours - flexible working pattern

We are looking for an enthusiastic pharmacist (IP with post graduate qualification) to support staff induction, education and development through NES frameworks and support our team clinically in an improved way. This is in line with our priorities to promote cost effective medicines management and safe prescribing within Health and Social Care Moray as part of the evolving Scottish Government primary care strategy supporting GP practices.

This post will be part of the existing extensive managed pharmacy service already embedded in practices in Moray and these are intended to further develop practice pharmacy services.

The post holder will work in practices within Moray to support pharmacotherapy staff. You will be supported and mentored by the lead pharmacist.

You will be expected to become an integral member of the multidisciplinary team while developing and using your clinical experience to provide a patient focussed service.

The successful candidate will have pharmacotherapy experience, considerable clinical experience and hold appropriate qualifications
