An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Intermediate Care Team based in Randolph Wemyss Community Hospital as part of the Integrated Community Assessment and Support Service (ICASS).
You will require to have experience of working with adults, mainly Older People and have assessment and treatment knowledge and skills associated with this patient group.
Patients are seen in their own homes and in the developing model of Assessment and Rehabilitation Centre. The main focus of the team is preventing unnecessary admission, supporting earliest possible discharge from hospital and enabling patients to remain as independent as possible in their homes.
You will require to have a degree/diploma in Physiotherapy. There may be occasions where you will be required to work in one of the other community hospital sites within the East Division. Our service offers regular supervision, PDP and supports training opportunities. The ability to travel throughout the area is essential.
Working hours flexibly over 6/7 days are part of future developments within ICASS.
For informal enquiries, please contact Gayle White, Physiotherapy Team Lead by emailing email@example.com or telephone 01592 717816.
A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Prior to appointment.
