Band 5 ( £26,104 to £32,915) per annum pro rata

Part- Time: 30 hours per week

Permanent Contract

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly team at New Craigs Hospital, providing a mental health pharmacy service across North Highland. Good communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team are essential .

Ideally the successful candidate will have their ACT/DCT qualification, but support will be given to achieve this qualification if not already gained.

Medicines reconciliation will be a priority in this role but in a small department you will be expected to participate in a variety of tasks from ward top up to staff training and development . In addition, we are committed to developing the clinical aspects of the role which will include regular contribution to compilation of medication histories, production of convert medication plans and patient counselling.
