The Fife Psychology Service provides a range of lifespan services to address unmet psychological needs and to promote wellbeing for the population of Fife. This is a large and growing service, comprising 145 (114 WTE) psychologists and 20 (17 WTE) management and administration staff, providing 11 core clinical psychology specialties, 16 sub-specialties, 20 clinical groups and 11 online supports for adults and children. The service is based across two sites at Lynebank Hospital in Dunfermline and Stratheden Hospital in Cupar, but is delivered across a wide range of hospital and community-based settings.
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who will be responsible for the daily management and organisation of clinical services administration supports (provided currently by 15 administrative staff who are based across two sites), as well as supporting the wider operational and business needs of the service as directed. The clinical, operational and business supports for this large service are extensive and so this is a busy job which requires energy, experience and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Experience of workforce management, operational systems and business processes are essential. Experience gained in a NHS setting would be an advantage. The postholder will be based at Lynebank Hospital, but will be expected to travel between bases and to other locations as required.
Informal enquiries can be made to Maxine Jones, Clinical Services Support & Business Manager at email@example.com.
