Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst
Starting immediately, a leading multi-national travel software solutions company is looking for a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst with Loyalty experience.
They are for looking for an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen their Implementation Team. The role presents an opportunity to gain exposure to working with global travel companies and a range of systems. You will play an important role in specifying the requirements with process mapping. You will also lead and provide required guidance to junior team members. The role will involve interacting with the solution and technical architects, developers, and quality engineering teams on requirements gathering, project initiation, project deliverables, solution design, testing and implementation. Reporting to the Senior Business Consultant, this role will involve collaboration with the multiple teams both internally and externally in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
·Embed consistency of approach, documentation, and management of requirements from inception to delivery.
·Work closely with different business units to identify required enhancements, assist in system reviews, analyse data, solution design, and provide support through to implementation.
·Work with Product R&D teams on designing solutions and implementation of deliverables.
·Good understanding of Agile methods including knowledge of SAFe, and SCRUM and applying Agile ceremonies.
·Proven experience in identifying, owning, and managing risks and issues including mitigation and remediation throughout the life of the project.
·Prepare, co-ordinate and perform various testing phases like SIT, UAT & ensure post implementation support and handover.
·Develop good working relationships and communication with all business teams.
·Respond promptly to internal and external team and ensure their needs and requests are addressed.
·Co-ordinate and perform user training and support.
·Ensure awareness of relevant regulatory requirements that impact the development of solutions.
·Ensure team training and process documents are reviewed and updated.
·Provide leadership in the collection, development, and approval of To Be business requirements ensuring the complete end to end thinking and alignment to business strategies.
·Provide leadership in the development of decision recommendations and approval pathways for business requirements.
You will have:
·At the least 4 years' experience as a Business Analyst
·Basic SQL skills (Data analysis, investigation, extracts)
·Proven testing and UAT experience
·An understanding of the SDLC, both traditional Waterfall and Agile
·Demonstrated specification and business writing skills
·Excellent communication skills
·Effective negotiations skills at all levels of organisation
·Knowledge and experience in the travel domain, loyalty and CRM
