Service Works Global's P3rform is a performance management software solution designed for the smooth running of the operation and maintenance (O&M) phase of a public-private partnership (PPP) contract. With an integrated payment mechanism (paymech) at its core, P3rform is relied upon by many of the world's largest PPP stakeholders, to streamline service delivery, mitigate risk and ensure contract auditability in over 200 PPP projects globally.
The PPP Support Executive role provides an opportunity for a challenging technical position, learning new skills and working within a successful, fast-moving enterprise software business.
Key skills required:
  • An opportunity to join the PFI/PPP development team providing global solutions to a high-profile client base
  • A keen problem solver with evidence of having worked on software development projects either on a personal or business basis
  • Some experience in SQL and now looking to learn and become expert
  • Good written and verbal IT and business communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work well under pressure, manage and prioritise conflicting demands, in order to deliver multiple projects with challenging deadlines
  • Demonstrable technical projects and problem solving
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, as required, in order to meet client deadlines.

Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Learn and become expert in all aspects of SWG's P3rform PPP performance management software including development, configuration, testing, documentation, demos, training and support
  • Work with the PPP/PFI consultant to provide effective support services to cover 2nd line support demand on PPP contracts
  • Documentation of paymech customisation requirements
  • Co-ordination and implementation of system data manipulation/loading
  • Assisting with testing, UAT and analysis of Payment Mechanism Calculations
  • Assisting with pre and post-sales support to enable the delivery of PPP contracts on time and to budget
  • Provide technical support for PPP/PFI clients in line with Service Level Agreements (1st, 2nd and 3rd line support)
  • Provide help and support to the SWG Support teams
  • Manage the timely resolution of support issues in line with defined escalation procedures
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of each PPP contract and payment mechanism
