Position Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support and analyse portfolios, programmes or projects, undertaking assurance/quality controls and tracking and reporting on the issues and risks. If you haven't had exposure to all these areas, but you have strong stakeholder management at all levels, and can use your communication skills and business acumen to facilitate best practice, we would still like to hear from you.

We are looking for an individual who can provide insight, see process improvement opportunities and can accurately report and update on multiple projects at any one time. This is a fantastic short term role that for the right person may have longer term opportunities.

Role Level

- To act as the business relationship contact and ensure all parties are safely and successfully delivering.

- Provides support for other team members when necessary, particularly to aid personal and team achievement and ongoing development

- To look for opportunities to improve service quality and value of output, innovative ideas are particularly encouraged and a completer finisher a must.

Skills & Experience

Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship
management skills
- Strong understanding of Allianz UK business
areas and wider insurance industry trends

Knowledge and application of APM based capabilities:
- Governance
- Benefits Management
- Planning (scheduling)
- Resource Management
- Risk and Issue Management
- Change Management
- Business Readiness

Experience:
- Delivering successfully on time bound activities

Qualifications:
Professional qualifications such as Axelos P3O, MoP, PMI Portfolio Mgt, or similar are an advantage but not essential
