Some of the key responsibilities include:
To help provide leadership and subject matter expertise to the universities CRM platform. Working closely with key stakeholders across the university helping deliver central and subject specific communications plans to relevant audiences. Leading on the provision of CRM services ensuring processes are fit for purpose and the university attracts and retains the best talent over competition. Assisting with key upcoming projects around associated with university clearing and helping set up workflows and automation around this. Line managing a CRM marketing officer.
Ideal experience would include the following;
Worked within a university, public sector and charity/NFP environment. Technically savvy with CRM systems (Hubspot) Immediately available or on short notice and open to remote working/office 1-2 days a week. Experience of training and/or coaching staff including motivating and supporting others on the use of technology systems.
This is a temporary role paying between £200-250 per day (Inside IR35). Interviews happening asap.
