We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Fundraising team as a Campaigns & Challenge Events Manager.
What you'll be doing
As our fundraising programme for 2021/22 financial year gets underway, we are looking for a Campaigns & Challenge Events Manager to join our team at this exciting time at Tenovus Cancer Care. Campaigns & challenge events fundraising forms a key part in our ambitious plans for growth as we strive to support all those affected by cancer in Wales.
As Campaigns & Challenge Events Manager the postholder will grow and develop our Sports and Challenge Event portfolio and lead on our main fundraising campaigns including Breast Cancer Awareness and Christmas Appeal for the charity in line with agreed budgets and to improve our return on investment. The postholder will also provide ad-hoc support to any fundraising activity in North Wales, supporting our fundraisers, fundraising volunteers and friends of Tenovus Groups when required.

We could be a good match if your CV shows that you have:
Excellent and successful track record of organising, planning and delivering events
Knowledge of the campaigns and events market
Experience of creative copy writing for campaigns and events
Budget planning and management
Marketing and promotion to recruit campaign / event participants and meet recruitment targets
Experience of managing events including the coordination of staff,and all other resources
Experience in delivering first class customer or donor-care
