Senior Probate Solicitor - Remote working: Salary up to £40,000 DOE

We are recruiting for a Senior Probate Solicitor to work remotely on behalf of one of our clients. Employing over 500 employees across the business, they have strong company values and are recognised as one of the market leaders across the private client area in England & Wales. This great opportunity has arisen due to a significant increase in workload, and you will be a joining a business that truly value their employee's development.

As the Senior Probate Solicitor, you will work remotely from the offset but must be able to travel to one of their regional offices occasionally, within your probation period. You will have full start to finish responsibility for your own estate administration caseload, utilising your legal knowledge to support junior members of your team.

You will be a qualified solicitor (CILEX or STEP qualification) or have equivalent legal experience alongside a good understanding of self-assessment processes for income & capital gains tax.
