The salary is guaranteed rather than being calculated overtime, and being on-call alternate weekends means that your hours are reasonable. Emergency call outs are extremely rare as the patch you cover is small.

*Provide quality work in the area of gas and plumbing repairs and maintenance
*12-8 Monday-Friday and standby (urgent work only) every other weekend

*Work effectively and efficiently
*Energy efficiency qualification desirable
*Full UK driving licence
*IT literate, as daily use of mobile software will be part of your job
*Any renewable qualifications would be considered advantageous
