My financial services client is looking for an expert Hybrid UX / Visual Designer, someone who is proactive, flexible and a multi - skilled designer to join the team and contribute to the delivery of a high profile strategy.

Job Profile Description:

*Uses their experience and knowledge to reimagine the public site so that it inspires our business customers and drives conversion
*Uncovers emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.
*Uses insight to inform ideas, managing the development and/or delivery of a project research requirement including competitor reviews, Adobe analytics, site mapping and customer research using the UserZoom platform
*Takes an informed interest in conversational content, reviewing and proposing content and copy to be in optimum hierarchy and delivering the information the customer needs in the right order to drive engagement and conversion
*Builds wireframes and translates these into visually desirable designs using existing AEM components
*Takes both a pragmatic and forward looking approach to design development, creating best in class visual design using existing components but proactively defining a vision and recommendations to build new components to improve user experience and conversion
