You provide software and application knowledge to support implementation of the Talent Acquisition Systems.

How you will contribute

You will ensure that delivered services are optimized to meet business demands and the service operations strategy. You will act as a consultant to the Talent Acquisition Team to understand issues, trouble shoot, determine, deliver/ configure, and communicate effective resolutions. Through research and extremal insights, you will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. You will work on projects to provide design collateral and to configure software components collaborating with other workstreams (across the integrated technology solutions) to deliver in alignment with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes. This role will also require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with operations management.

  • Delivering and managing on defects and potential system enhancements
  • Ability to think innovatively about potential uses of new functionality or ways to improve service

  • Project management, time management and working to deadlines
  • Stakeholder management and influencing
  • Managing numerous priorities at the same time
  • Working with regional or global responsibilities in a large matrix organization
  • Working with internal and external teams and leading when necessary

What else you need to know about this position, you will:
  • This is a project role focussed onoptimisation projects e.g. Onboarding Experience
  • Work as part of a small team supporting technology understanding and configuration in Workday
  • Triage and fix system defects (as required)
  • Assess and deliver potential system enhancements
  • Be expected to have an awareness of upcoming instance/software updates and any potential implications for users and the wider business
  • Working with and managing third party vendors
  • Understand Technology trends in the HR/Recruiting space that can deliver superior Employee/Candidate Experience
  • Contribute to the delivery of the technology Roadmap
