Accounts receivable administrator required for an exciting permanent opportunity in Castle Vale (Birmingham) for a well established and growing business.
Working as part of a friendly team, you will be responsible for:
- Daily invoicing
- Resolving invoice queries
- Raising credit notes
- Cash receipting and allocation
- Credit control, ie chasing overdue debt
My client is looking for an experienced accounts assistant with good knowledge of credit control and management of the sales ledger, who is able to join this fast paced business and hit the ground running.
You will be able to work unsupervised, working under pressure while adhering to deadlines, be methodical and have excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of e-commerce sites and previous use of an ERP system would be an advantage, though excellent excel skills (formulas, Vlookups, Pivots) and experience with a computerised accounting system is essential.
This is a full time, office based role which provides free on site parking. Working hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm, Mon to Fri.
