REMOTE ROLE WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL
We are seeking a bright, motivated Estates Coordinator to work within the Estates management team for a PBSA provider.
You will be remotely or if you choose you can work occasionally from one of the site locations.
Outline of role:
To assist the Estates Management team in the day-to-day coordination and management of business estate activities.
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet the customer expectations, company goals and client relationship.
Liaise internally between the onsite teams and central services to ensure good communications are in place, and between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
Compliance, process, standards & procedures management
Provide administration support to the Estates Management teams
Coordinate and gather information from various team members and business functions, to compile internal weekly reports and client monthly reports
Assist the Asset Manager in compiling proposals, documents and excel spreadsheets
Provide excellent customer service internally
Schedule internal calls and meetings, including arranging travel and accommodation where required
Provide clear internal communications between central services and external teams
Act as the first point of contact for the Estate team
Coordination of projects, mobilisation budgets, orders, invoice & PO processes
You will be working in a similar role ideally within the property sector
You will have a good understanding of estates management coordination
Strong customer service experience
Strong prioritisation, multi-tasking and organisation skills
Experience of computing & presenting reports
Strong Microsoft Office skills especially Excel, Word and ideally Powerpoint and BI
