I'm looking for several, bit-hitting Development Managers who have flawless track records in leading teams of Software Engineers delivering enterprise-scale solutions. It's really important that you are focused on delivery - on making things happen.. a no-nonsense approach. You'll drive a "quality first" environment, constantly encouraging and motivating your teams, striving to do things the right way.
You'll be the sort of Dev Manager that asks the right questions, showing an ability to explain and describe Engineering processes to the rest of the organization. Recruitment will be a large part of your role as the look to add multiple Engineers to the team by summer, so it's important you have a track record in growing tech teams and you'll essentially enjoy the process of hiring and finding the very best talent in the market. You'll ultimately do things the right way, no cutting corners and no nonsense.
You will also be an advocate of Agile and passionate about using industry best practices, including solid principles and recognised design patterns - knowing how to apply them in an Enterprise environment.
