I am currently searching for an Operations Manager, on behalf of a Tech Support consultancy based near Monument, in the City of London.
This role requires proven accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to successfully juggle multiple entities and excellent Excel skills.
Key duties will include:
- Engineer scheduling
- reporting to management and external clients
- Document control
- Travel management
- Ad-hoc PA support to CEO to include diary and inbox management
- Liaison with accounts
- Invoice management
In order to be considered, you must have experience in a similar senior, multifaceted role.
Experience of technical documents and ISO accreditations will be a major advantage.
You absolutely must have good Excel skills, to include VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
