Hays Education are working closely with Primary Schools across Berkshire on their return to work plan. This has been branded across the media as the 'catch up plan' and with this in mind Hays needs to be ready with a team of teachers to work closely with these schools to apply intervention teaching.
Your new role
Your new role will be to work either in one school or a collection of schools within Key Stage 1 and 2 to support with Intervention and Catch Up Work as well as SATS Intervention and support.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed within this role you must be a confident Key Stage 1 or 2 Teacher that has strong teaching knowledge of Year 1 and 2 and recent experience in teaching either Phonics or Year 2 SAT's. As this will be a unsettling time for children you should be a compassionate Teacher that has empathy and a natural passion for Teaching.
