Contentious Probate Solicitor

Our client is a highly regarded practice that upholds an enviable reputation in the South East and has been recommended for their exceptional work in numerous practice areas by the Legal 500 and Chambers UK.
They are seeking an experienced Solicitor to take on a busy, established caseload of contentious Private Client matters to include disputed wills, inheritance disputes and trust and estate disputes. Having an understanding of the tax implications of these matters is highly advantageous.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the firms L500 ranked Private Client team that is headed by a Chambers HNW Guide leading individual, one of a small number of Private Client Solicitors in Kent to have been acknowledged in this way.
In order to be considered for this attractive opportunity, you must have experience commensurate to that of 5 - 7 years PQE. This department plays and integral part of the future plans for the firm, as such the ideal candidate will have experience of developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
